24/7 Fitness Liverpool Garston gym at the Matchworks has a fantastic range of facilities, and over 200 pieces of equipment to help you achieve your personal goals. It’s the only 24/7 gym in the area, with an extensive selection of free weights, plate-loaded kit, resistance and cardio machines. 

Located just opposite the New Mersey shopping centre, down the road from Liverpool John Lennon Airport, this gym near Liverpool has ample free parking and great public transport links. The ladies gym on the top floor has a supportive, friendly atmosphere.

The gym also boasts one of the best studio timetables in Liverpool, including Les Mills BodyPump and BodyCombat, which are world-famous for their incredible results. Spin, yoga, LBT and many more complete the offer. All classes are included in your membership fee - no extra charges. The new spin room has incredible views over the city, and a quiet ladies only gym on the top floor completes the experience.

24 Hour Gym in Liverpool

With over 200 pieces of equipment, our gym near Liverpool city centre is the perfect place to begin your fitness journey. Whether you’re looking to build strength and mass, or you want to shed some pounds ready for summer, we’ve got all the equipment, classes and facilities to get you through your next training session. Changing facilities, including showers, are available, as well as plenty of lockers.

Our extensive selection of free weights and plate-loaded kit allows you to build muscle and train flexibly with a variety of different sized weights, whilst our cardiovascular and resistance machines allow you to get a sweat on and sculpt and tone your muscles. 

The Liverpool gym also boasts a ladies-only area, where you can workout in a select quiet space with equipment dedicated to females only. We also have ample free parking at our Speke Road gym, with personal trainers on-hand for any advice and sessions you’d like to book in, to get some one-on-one learning and tailored workout plans.

Manned hours

The gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We are staffed on Monday - Thursday: 7am to 9pm and on Friday - Sunday: 8am to 6pm 

During our unmanned hours the gym is remotely monitored and assistance is always available via the Help Points.
